The administrator of personal data is Sharp Consumer Electronics Poland sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Ostaszewo 57B, 87-148 Łysomice. The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Inspector, available at: iod.pl@sharpconsumer.eu, who can be contacted in matters related to the protection of personal data. Issues related to handling consumer inquiries should be directed to the e-mail address provided for a particular country. The personal data will be processed to support our customers based on the legitimate interest of the controller, that is providing technical support to consumers. Providing data is necessary to efficiently handling the notification. Failure to provide them will prevent consultation. The data will be stored for the time necessary to process the claims. Personal data may be made available to couriers and postal services providers. Data may also be transferred to companies of the SHARP Group. Companies from the SHARP Group may operate in countries that do not provide the same level of data protection as the country of the controller. Despite that, all necessary steps are taken to ensure an adequate level of protection of the personal data transferred. That includes the obligation of the entities located in third countries to provide an adequate protection under contracts signed on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, which allows to reduce the risk of differences in standards of protection of the personal data. Everyone has the right to request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. Everyone has the right to oppose the processing of their data, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Everyone has the right to object to the processing of his personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller, including data processing for marketing purposes and processing based on automated decision making including profiling.
